Before finalizing your purchase, keep in mind:

Delivery Time

Home deliveries: From 3 to 5 business days in the Greater Metropolitan Area, and from 3 to 8 business days for deliveries to the rest of the country.
PickUp Order Pickup: Starting 24 hours after making the purchase.

SHIPPING

NEUTRAL Costa Rica will deliver your order to the exact address provided by the customer. Deliveries are made on business days. All deliveries will be accompanied by a shipping guide number that will be included on the packing slip that will be sent to the customer at the time the shipment is confirmed. All orders will be sent through our logistics operator.

Once your order is confirmed, deliveries will take between 3 and 5 business days in the GAM, and 3 to 8 business days outside the GAM. NEUTRAL Costa Rica is not directly responsible for shipping and/or other delays that are beyond its control.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MAKING CHANGES

NEUTRAL Costa Rica does NOT make refunds or returns, only exchanges.

The maximum period to make a change is 15 days after the customer has received the order.

To make such a request, the customer must contact us, attaching the corresponding packing slip and stating the case. Exchanges of garments are made subject to product availability. The products must be unused, unwashed, unstained and have the original labels in their original packaging.

Product changes will be made at our company, located in Rio Segundo, Alajuela.

Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

RETURN CASES IN WHICH NEUTRAL Costa Rica DOES NOT COVER SHIPPING AND THE CUSTOMER MUST ASSUME

* NEUTRAL Costa Rica is NOT responsible in case the customer does not like the product, the fit, the size or the color (and the product is in perfect condition and was sent according to the customer's order and is in accordance with our size chart).

* NEUTRAL Costa Rica is NOT responsible for loss or damage in transport.

In this case, the corresponding claim will be made to the logistics operator.

*With regard to products, some small color variations or other types of minor variations may occur in the products offered, as a result of different image acquisition technologies and screens or for other technical reasons, NEUTRAL Costa Rica is not responsible for such variations and deviations .

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE: NEUTRAL Costa Rica is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling and use of the products, including the use of incorrect maintenance methods.

WARRANTY: The guarantees apply for manufacturing defects. They do not apply in the following cases: damage or deterioration caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, inadequate tension, accidents, misuse, rain and washing.

The warranty period for all our products is 30 working days from the date of delivery. Any warranty request must be analyzed by the department responsible for Quality Control, which will determine whether or not said request is admissible. A response will be issued within 15 working days.

In case the guarantee must be applied, the customer can request an exchange or request a credit note.

NEUTRAL Costa Rica will assume the shipping costs for exchanges and returns under warranty. Costs associated with a product exchange, not covered by the warranty, will be borne by the customer.
